From the President of the Board of Sauk River Christian Camp
I would like to encourage you to continue in your support of the camp....
This is such an important component in the spiritual education of our young people...
This is a place where they can learn and grow in the Grace and Knowledge of God in the company of their peers, away from the tug of the worldly influences. This is a place where our young people can grow into our future PREACHERS, TEACHERS, ELDERS AND DEACONS…. Please help us in supporting and using it to its fullest potential to help our young people reach their fullest potential......Thank you,
Sincerely,
George H. Brewer Jr.

From the Camp Director
I Pray this finds you doing well in the Lord and in His service. First, let thank all of you who played such an important role in making last year’s session incredible. We had a great group of counselors and staff, but we also had an excellent group of campers. It was one of the best camp experiences I’ve ever been a part of.
Sauk River 2008 is shaping up to be another awesome week. I’ve already heard from a number of last year’s staff that are coming back and even picked up a couple of new additions that I believe will greatly enhance our time together.
I am excited to be the director of Sauk ’08 and all that God has in store for it. Our theme this year is “BASIC TRAINING”. And yes, we are bringing CAMO to Washington. We had some discussion about possible themes for this session and one that came up several times was learning the basics of our faith and how to share our faith with others. I am excited about the theme, the material, and the God who provided it for us.
I look forward to meeting all of you either before or at this year’s session. Please join me in prayer as we start this New Year for a camp that is full of God and full of kids!
In His service,
Jay Keith
